Job summary

Clearway Energy is hiring a Commercial Integration Senior Analyst to support the late-stage development and construction of wind, solar, storage, and digital infrastructure projects. The role focuses on due diligence, financial planning, contract administration, and compliance across multiple internal teams and external partners.

The position is hybrid with locations in San Diego, Scottsdale, Houston, Denver, or San Francisco, offering a path to leadership within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial/market analysis or project management.
• Experience reading regulatory or legal documents.
• Ability to interpret complex agreements or regulations; understanding of legal terminology.
• Experience researching, analyzing, and synthesizing data and reports.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Due Diligence on new project investments and supporting evaluations and contract reviews.
• Develop prudent revenue, expense, and capex assumptions for long-term budgets.
• Support plant optimization, project integration, and performance improvement, plus establish compliance practices.
• Compile compliance requirements within project and partnership agreements; administer obligations.
• Assist in negotiating contracts to achieve commercial operations and mitigate risk.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and development of information-sharing platforms.
