Clearway Energy Group in San Francisco seeks an Analyst for Resource Planning & Grid Integration to manage and support the development and integration of the company’s development pipeline. The Analyst will work with internal teams to ensure the successful commercialization of Clearway’s projects.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience, familiar with power system analytical tools and the FERC interconnection process. This role offers a salary range from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Grid Integration, the Analyst, Resource Planning & Grid Integration will be responsible for managing and supporting the development and integration of Clearway’s Development pipeline across the U.S.
This role will work at the intersection of Clearway’s Development pipeline and the data center customer‑led Large Load pipeline to ensure the commercialization of Clearway’s projects.
The individual will formulate and implement Clearway’s Grid Integration strategy by driving the commercialization of multi‑technology complexes driven by large loads and electrification.
The Resource Planning & Grid Integration Analyst will lead and direct the efforts of key internal and external resources in successfully integrating Clearway’s pipeline, including Development, Business Development, Origination, Engineering, Project Finance, O&M, and Asset & Energy Management.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.
Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations: $90,000—$100,000 USD
