Job summary

Clearway Energy Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Commercial Integration Senior Analyst to support the integration of wind, solar, battery storage, and digital infrastructure projects. You will liaise with Construction, Development, Origination, Portfolio Finance, and Asset Management to ensure projects move smoothly toward commercial operations and compliant agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, Project Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, business/market analysis, project valuation, or related roles.
• Ability to read and interpret complex agreements or regulations.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience with contract administration or compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Help with due diligence on new project investments and evaluate project agreements and contracts.
• Support development of prudent revenue, expense, and capex assumptions for budgets or underwriting.
• Assist in commercial management, including contract administration and issue resolution with counterparties.
• Develop and implement best practices for project readiness and integration into mid/back-office functions.
• Foster collaboration and leadership within the team and with external partners.
