NEOMED in Ohio is seeking a Research, Grants and Evaluation Manager within the Criminal Justice Coordinating Center of Excellence. The role focuses on grants management, program evaluation, and research to support CIT, SIM, and related CJ health initiatives.

You will collaborate with Psychiatry staff, PI's, and external partners to ensure compliant funding, robust evaluations, and dissemination of findings, with in-state travel and a hybrid work arrangement.

Competenze

• Bachelors in Public Health, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in data analysis, project and grant management, program evaluation/research and reporting.
• Minimum two years of experience in mental health, criminal justice and/or substance use systems; related experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate grant activities, budgeting, reporting and compliance with CJ CCoE partners and funders.
• Manage budget development, forecasting, and award documentation with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting structures for grants and program evaluations.
• Support evaluation plans and data analysis for SIM, CIT, SUDI and related projects.
• Provide research support and assist with dissemination of findings.
