Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a Research, Grants and Evaluation Manager for the Criminal Justice Coordinating Center of Excellence (CJ CCoE) in the Psychiatry Department. The role focuses on grants management, program evaluation, and research across multiple initiatives, including CIT and SIM programs.

The position involves in-state travel, occasional out-of-state travel, and is a full-time, year-round grant-funded role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Minimum two years of data analysis, grant management, and program evaluation experience.
• Two years in mental health, criminal justice, or substance use systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant activities with PIs and external partners, ensuring reporting compliance.
• Manage award documents, budgets, and financial projections.
• Develop evaluation plans and data visualization to inform program impact.
• Track and analyze data for reports to funders and stakeholders.
