Job summary

Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a Research, Grants & Evaluation Manager for the Criminal Justice Coordinating Center of Excellence (CJ CCoE) within the Psychiatry Department. The role focuses on grants and funds management, program evaluation, and related research to support sponsored programs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of data analysis and grants experience, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years’ experience in data analysis, grants, and evaluation.
• Experience in mental health, criminal justice and/or substance use systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant activities with CJ CCoE staff, PI's, partners and accounting for funding, budgets and reports.
• Assist with award management, budget templates, projections and sub-contracts with partners.
• Maintain funding source budgets and assist with budget development and funding proposals.
• Develop reporting structures for grants and ensure timely external reporting.
• Support program evaluation, data visualization and dissemination to funders.
