Job summary

Active Minds, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Youth Grants & Educator Engagement to lead the Youth Mental Health Innovation Fund and Youth Champions programs.

You will supervise staff, build partnerships with schools, and ensure equity-centered practices influence grantmaking and youth leadership. This role focuses on mentoring youth, expanding microgrants, tracking outcomes in Salesforce and ClickUp, and coordinating virtual and in-person workshops that empower educators and youth allies to

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in K-12, higher education, or youth-serving organizations.
• Proven ability to build relationships with adult and caregiver stakeholders.
• Experience designing youth leadership programs and advocacy campaigns.
• Experience with multi-phase project management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to travel periodically and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Youth Grants and Educator Engagement initiatives, including microgrants and mentoring.
• Develop equitable criteria and center BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person workshops and trainings for adult allies.
• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Manage budgets and relationships with schools, districts, and funders.
