Job summary

Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center Inc. is seeking a Grants Coordinator to lead institutional fundraising, cultivate relationships with foundations, corporations, and government partners, and manage the grants lifecycle from prospect research to reporting.

The role requires exceptional writing and project management, cross-department coordination, and adherence to funder requirements. On-site, full-time position with collaboration across leadership and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years of grant writing, grants management, or related fundraising experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities with multiple priorities.
• Experience with budgets and financial reporting for grants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a comprehensive annual grants program aligned with fundraising goals.
• Conduct ongoing prospect research for foundation, corporate, and government funders.
• Develop, prepare, and submit grant proposals, LOIs, and applications.
• Maintain grants calendar and funding pipeline with deadlines and reporting.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and other staff on budgets and outcomes.
• Oversee stewardship and reporting for awarded grants and funder compliance.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective institutional funders.
• Provide strategic guidance on funding priorities and growth opportunities.
• Maintain grant records and provide pipeline and revenue reporting.
