Job summary

The-Parent-Child-Center-of-Tulsa is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee all grant activity, including foundation, United Way, and government contracts. You will create grant plans, manage research and writing, and ensure compliance with funders’ requirements to maintain and maximize funding.

The role involves collaborating with leadership to forecast needs, coordinate with program leaders, and report outcomes to funders. Strong writing and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, English or related field.
• At least three years' experience in grant writing and demonstrated success in obtaining program funding through grants.
• Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.
• High skill level across Word, Excel, Adobe, and cloud-based software.
• Culturally sensitive to clients.
• Supportive of volunteer roles in agency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with VP of Development, President & CEO, and program leaders to forecast funding needs and plan grants.
• Creates the plan and timeline for obtaining funding and identifies untapped funders.
• Ensures grant requests align with the PCCT mission and budget, and do not overcommit the agency.
• Monitors grant requirements and outcomes, and reports to funders and leadership.
• Holds monthly grants meetings and maintains a grants database and multi-year timeline.
• Serves as main contact for funders and oversees the Grant Writer role.
