Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing or Related Field; equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.
• 3 years required experience in post-secondary higher education grant writing or funding agency program management, or RFP development; 5 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate TSTC Core values with internal and external stakeholders, customers, students, and community members.
• Maintain awareness of state and federal funding opportunities and understand grant guidelines.
• Conduct research for new funding opportunities and write grant proposals to support the college’s strategic plan.
• Collaborate with leadership, faculty, and staff to develop grant proposals meeting funder guidelines and requirements.
• Ensure grant deliverables align to funding purpose; collaborate on grant budgets with Grant Accounting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with program directors at private, state, or federal funding agencies.
• Collaborate with the TSTC Foundation in grant writing and reporting tied to private foundation funding and post-award management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
