Texas State Technical College seeks a Senior Resource Development Lead to drive research and development of new funding streams supporting the college’s mission and growth. You will work with TSTC leadership and faculty to develop proposals aligned with the strategic plan.

The position offers a target hiring range of $57,542.40 to $63,296. Final offers depend on qualifications and experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years in post-secondary grant writing or related role; 5 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Research new funding opportunities and write grant proposals aligned with the college’s strategic plan.
• Collaborate with leadership, faculty and staff to develop funder‑compliant proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with program directors at private, state, or federal funders.
• Coordinate with the TSTC Foundation for private foundation funding proposals and reporting.
• Assist with grant post‑award management and budgeting with Grant Accounting.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
