Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking a Senior Resource Development Lead to identify and develop new funding streams supporting the college’s strategic plan. You will collaborate with TSTC leadership, faculty, and staff to craft proposals that meet funder guidelines and compliance while driving growth and impact across the institution.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing or related field.
• 3 years in post-secondary grant writing or funding program management; 5 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate TSTC Core values with stakeholders and community.
• Maintain awareness of state and federal funding opportunities and guidelines governing grant activity.
• Conduct research for new funding opportunities and write grant proposals aligned with the strategic plan.
• Collaborate with leadership, faculty, and staff to develop proposals meeting funder guidelines and state/federal requirements.
• Research grant deliverables and coordinate with Grant Accounting on budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with program directors at funding agencies.
• Collaborate with the TSTC Foundation on private foundation funding proposals and post-award management.
• Other duties as assigned.
