• Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Evaluate resource performance and provide feedback to improve overall effectiveness.
• Resource management includes curriculum development, instruction, and securing training space and equipment.
• Assess the capacity and capability of the organization to deliver workforce training programs.
• Identify gaps and develop strategies to enhance capacity, including professional development for faculty and SME.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine optimal program capacity and ensure resources align with demand.
• Continuously monitor capacity utilization to maintain efficiency in program delivery.
• Plan, facilitate, execute, and manage all aspects of Student Learning resources for workforce training programs within budget and quality standards.
• Develop project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth development and execution of program activities.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and mitigate to ensure delivery of milestones.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders on program status and outcomes.
• Maintain project tracking systems and training records.
• Assist in report preparation and responding to inquiries.
• Help faculty obtain industry certifications and credentials for workforce programs.
• Submit payroll for workforce activities and manage related paperwork.
• Use labor market data to identify occupations, openings, skills, and salaries for workforce projects.
• Maintain online repository for curriculum developed for workforce training.
• Prepare training course/program packages for employers.
• Perform project-related research.
