Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical knowledge is a plus.

• Strong internet research skills.
• Inventory and D365 software experience is a plus.
• US citizen required by customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source parts for machinery across multiple manufacturers, models and vintages.
• Coordinate procurement with urgent service scheduling and logistics.
• Negotiate pricing and prepare cost breakdowns and quotations.
• Support supplier selection with comparative analyses.
• Maintain real-time info flow with program managers and service coordinators via CRM.
• Ensure compliance with federal guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
