CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future. The Senior Manager, Government Partnership Strategies (TSA and DHS) will develop and execute strategies aligning CLEAR’s priorities with DHS, TSA, and other government and aviation partners.

You’ll turn regulatory and policy developments into actionable plans and lead cross-functional initiatives across regulatory, operations, and technology. You’ll prepare executives for high-impact engagements, translate complex issues into concise

Qualifications

• Experience with DHS/TSA, regulatory affairs, and government partnerships is required.
• Ability to translate policy, regulatory, and operational developments into executive recommendations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Willingness to travel to airports, government offices, and partner meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies aligning CLEAR’s priorities with DHS, TSA, CBP, and other government and aviation partners.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with TSA and government stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory and policy developments into clear recommendations and action plans for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to create compliant pathways for new offerings.
• Prepare executives for high-impact government engagements with clear objectives and key messages.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with defined ownership, timelines, and accountability.
• Support regulatory and compliance priorities including submissions, audits, and high-priority government requests.
