Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Manager for Government Partnership Strategies (TSA and DHS) to develop and execute strategies aligning CLEAR’s priorities with DHS, TSA, and other government partners. You’ll operate at the intersection of government, policy, operations, and technology to turn complex requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across government, government affairs, public policy, regulatory affairs, homeland security, aviation security, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in aviation security, airport operations, and the relationship between federal requirements and airport-level execution.
• Willingness and ability to travel to airports, government offices, CLEAR locations, and partner meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies that align CLEAR’s business priorities with DHS, TSA, CBP, and other government and aviation partner priorities.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with TSA and other government stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory, policy, operational, and political developments into clear recommendations and action plans for senior CLEAR leaders.
• Partner across Corporate Affairs, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to develop compliant pathways for new products, services, operating models, and strategic opportunities.
• Prepare executives and subject matter experts for high-impact government engagements with clear objectives and messaging.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives with ownership, timelines, and accountable processes.
• Support regulatory and compliance priorities, including executive reporting, regulatory submissions, audits, and government requests.
