Responsibilities include deepening existing relationships, providing deposit and loan solutions, coordinating with COIs, reviewing financial statements, and managing credit risk across subsectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or Public Administration.
• 3+ years of Government and/or Non-Profit Banking, Public Finance, or related field.
• Ability to manage designated geography with limited oversight.
• Working knowledge of Treasury and Municipal bond markets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage COI relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage profitable relationships with state and local government, Utility Systems, Public Healthcare, Non-Profits, and Public & Private HigherEd within an assigned territory.
• Deepen existing relationships by uncovering opportunities and collaborating with Corporate Trust, Wealth and Treasury Management.
• Provide deposit and loan solutions based on client needs and market conditions.
• Drive loan production by managing relationships with Placement Agents, Municipal Advisors, Bond Attorneys and other COIs.
• Review financial statements for initial opportunity screening and mitigate credit risk across subsectors.
• Structure and price bond purchases, leases and lines of credit to optimize profitability.
