Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience preferred.
• NMLS registration may be required after employment.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend Simmons Bank resources to customers, including in-branch services, digital tools, and partner resources.
• Meet individual goals through in-person and outbound calling activities.
• Open/close accounts and assist with selecting accounts; research customer accounts; ensure CIP/BSA compliance.
• Assist with consumer loan requests; know loan policies and portfolios.
• Refer customers to partner teams for small business, corporate, mortgage, and financial advisory needs.
• Maintain high client satisfaction by engaging customers and delivering an optimal experience.
• Ensure all documents and activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and training.
• Process customer requests and transactions in a positive, accurate, and professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
