Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technology Management-related area of study preferred; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes, multi-million-dollar implementations for government programs (Medicare, Medicaid, D-SNP).
• Organize cross-functional teams across clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial, and IT to deliver complex programs.
• Monitor program health, manage risks, and report progress to executive sponsors and steering committees.
