Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Government Accounting & Compliance Analyst 2 to ensure regulatory adherence across the company, focusing on cost accounting for government contracts and compliance with FAR, CAS, and DCAA.

You will develop policies, monitor internal controls, review project classifications, support submissions, and train teams across departments, interfacing with Internal Audit, Contracts, Procurement, and Legal.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of finance/accounting experience and US Federal contracting.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement and maintain government accounting policies and procedures that comply with Federal regulations.
• Monitor compliance through internal reviews, testing and compliance checks.
• Maintain CASB Disclosure Statement.
• Support evaluation of cost accounting rate structures for optimal operation.
• Provide accounting expertise for government submissions and reviews.
• Review indirect project setup forms for compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Review labor/cost transfers for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of FAR, CAS, DCAA accounting compliance.
• Support tool implementation and policy documentation for new financial initiatives.
