Job summary

Draper is seeking a Government Accounting & Compliance Analyst 2 in Cambridge, MA to ensure government contracting compliance and accurate cost accounting. You will interpret federal regulations, support submissions, and collaborate with internal audit, contracts, procurement, and legal teams to ensure proper allowability and allocability of costs.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of finance/accounting experience, strong Excel and PeopleSoft skills, and familiarity with Uniform Guidance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance/accounting experience with US Federal contracting.
• Experience with government compliance programs.
• Ability to interpret Federal regulations and assist with submissions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain government accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance through internal reviews and tests.
• Review CASB Disclosure Statement.
• Support submissions and rate structure development.
• Review project classifications and labor/cost transfers for compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of FAR, CAS, and DCAA.
• Provide training on compliance and policies.
