Job summary

Draper seeks a Government Accounting & Compliance Analyst 2 to ensure government charging practices meet regulatory requirements across the organization. You will review contracts, prepare cost submissions, monitor data for allowability, and support training to ensure regulatory compliance.

This role interfaces with Internal Audit, Contracts/Subcontracts, Procurement, and Legal, requiring knowledge of FAR/CAS, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of US Federal contracting finance/accounting experience.
• Familiarity with FAR, CAS and DCAA accounting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain government accounting policies in compliance with Federal regulations.
• Monitor internal reviews, testing, and compliance checks.
• Support preparation and submission of government cost-related documents.
