NCR Voyix is seeking a Government Contracts Manager III to join the Law Department in Germantown, MD or Atlanta. The role leads negotiations, reviews solicitations, and advises on compliance with FAR and procurement requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a college degree and 5+ years of government contracts experience, with excellent communication and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Travel may be required in this fast-paced federal/state environment.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 5+ years of experience reviewing, negotiating, and administering government contracts.
• Familiarity with FAR and state/local procurement requirements.
• Strong contract negotiation, risk assessment, and issue-spotting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead negotiations with customers' senior management and contract professionals.
• Review, edit, and draft responses to customer terms and conditions.
• Analyze government procurement terms and advise on compliance obligations.
• Provide post-award contract interpretation and administration support.
• Assist with contract modifications, options, claims, and closeout activities.
• Maintain knowledge of NCR Voyix policies and commercial contracting laws.
