NCR Voyix seeks a Government Contracts Manager III to lead drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering federal and state contracts. You will advise on procurement requirements, support sales and proposals, and coordinate with Pricing and Finance to protect margins.

The role requires top-tier negotiation, risk assessment, and clear communication, with ability to work under deadlines and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience reviewing, negotiating, and administering government contracts.
• Familiarity with FAR and state/local procurement requirements.
• Ability to review solicitations, amendments, and T&Cs with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation, risk assessment, and issue-spotting skills.
• Experience advising on compliance obligations throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including interaction with leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Meet with internal clients to assess business objectives and risks.
• Lead negotiations with customer senior management and legal teams.
• Serve as primary NCR Voyix contact during negotiations.
• Review and draft responses to proposed terms and conditions.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, amendments, and task orders.
• Advise on compliance obligations and government procurement terms.
• Identify applicable FAR/DFARS/state procurement clauses and flow-downs.
• Provide post-award contract interpretation and administration support.
• Coordinate with Pricing, Sales, and CFO to protect margins.
