Job summary

GSI Family of Companies in Boulder, CO seeks a Contracts Manager to lead government and commercial contract administration. You will ensure compliance with prime contracts, FAR/DFARS, and internal policies while supporting program managers and executives.

Responsibilities include risk mitigation, process improvements, and managing contract documentation, SAM updates, and CPARS as a senior liaison to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate (CP) or CFCM preferred.
• 10 years contracts administration and procurement experience for government contractor.
• Expertise in FARs and DFARs, government and subcontracting systems.
• Experience with federal contracting.
• Strong oral and written communication; able to plan, organize and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work hours to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all client facing commercial and government contracts per policy, specs, and legal requirements.
• Review RFP terms and risks; develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Advise management on contract matters with potential legal implications.
• Maintain systems and files for prime contracts; track changes and modifications.
• Support Subcontracts by interpreting flow-down provisions from primes.
• Guide compliance with FAR and DFARS clauses across the organization.
• Monitor organizational compliance with prime contract terms and conditions.
• Draft and issue correspondence with clients (TERs, REAs, NCRs, NCNs, Reps, Certs).
• Maintain CMiC contract modules; update NTP/LOAs, Bonds, COIs, CPARS.
• Update government databases (SAM).
• Act as Contractor Representative for CPARS.
• Foster strong relationships with Government COs and project teams.
