The role involves strategy, negotiation, lifecycle management, and risk mitigation across programs with engineers and technicians. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–10 years of experience in government contracting, with DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in U.S. Government contracting, including contract administration, proposal development, contract negotiation, and management of complex government contracts
• Extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS and applicable agency supplements; ability to interpret and apply requirements
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

• Review complex solicitations/RFPs and prepare proposals, bids, and contract modifications for U.S. Government and commercial contracts
• Develop contracting strategies with Program Management, Finance, and leadership across the proposal process
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award strategy through negotiation, award, administration, modification, and closeout
• Provide authoritative contractual guidance to internal project teams regarding requirements, goals, obligations, and risks
• Identify and coordinate contractual cybersecurity, information-security, and CUI requirements with stakeholders
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer Subcontracts, NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and related documents
• Maintain accurate contract files and documentation per regulations
• Support customer meetings, contract reviews, audits, and interactions with Government customers and partners
