Job summary

GSI Service Group, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Supervisor in Boulder, CO to lead a team of buyers and subcontract professionals.

The role oversees workload coordination, procurement planning, and compliance with Federal requirements while driving performance and development across the team. The position emphasizes coordinating with project managers, accounting, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and contract administration while maintaining policy adherence and quality assurance

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible procurement and subcontract administration experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory, lead-worker, leadership, or mentoring experience.
• Experience with various contract types including FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursable, IDIQ and commercial agreements.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, training, coaching, and work direction to procurement personnel.
• Monitor workloads, schedules, priorities, and project requirements; ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer procurement documents and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements across programs.
• Review procurement actions for quality, completeness, and accuracy; escalate issues as needed.
