Catalyst Mobility is seeking a Contracts Analyst in the United States to draft, review, and negotiate government contracts and subcontracts. You will manage the contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with FAR and CFR, and support California state contracts.

Collaboration with program, finance, and legal teams will be essential to align terms with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of government contracting experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with FAR/CFR

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating government contracts and subcontracts.
Experience with FAR, CFR, and California state contracts preferred.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with ability to manage complex agreements.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate government contracts, subcontracts, and amendments per regulations.
Oversee full contract lifecycle: implementation, monitoring, amendments, closeout, records.
Ensure adherence to FAR, CFR, and relevant regs while mitigating risks.
Advise on California contracting processes and compliance obligations.
Collaborate with program, finance, and legal teams to align terms with objectives.
Serve as primary contact for government agencies and resolve issues promptly.
Evaluate contract management practices and suggest process improvements.
Stay updated on contracting regulations and conduct periodic compliance audits.
