Job summary

Catalyst Mobility is seeking a Contracts Analyst to draft, review, and negotiate government contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, CFR, and California regulations. The role covers the full lifecycle from start to closeout, with close collaboration between program, finance, and legal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of government contract experience and familiarity with California state agency contracts; CPCM/CFCM is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in government contract and subcontract management.
• Experience with FAR, CFR and California state agency contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex government contracts and subcontracts.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle from implementation to closeout.
• Ensure adherence to FAR, CFR and regulatory requirements; mitigate risks.
• Provide SME on regulatory obligations, including California contracting.
• Partner with program, finance, and legal teams to align terms with objectives.
• Serve as primary contact for government agencies and resolve issues.
• Evaluate current contract management practices and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on contracting regulations and conduct periodic audits.
