Catalyst Mobility is seeking a Contracts Analyst to join our government contracting team in the United States. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating government contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, CFR, and California regulations.

We value experience with federal, state, and local contracting processes, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage the full contract lifecycle from inception to closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating government contracts and subcontracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, CFR, and California state contracting requirements.
• Experience with government contracting processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex government contracts, subcontracts, and amendments, ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including implementation, monitoring, amendments, and closeout.
• Ensure adherence to FAR, CFR, and other regulations while mitigating risks.
• Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory requirements, including California contracting processes.
• Partner with program, finance, and legal teams to align terms with objectives.
• Act as primary point of contact for government agencies and resolve issues.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to contract management practices.
• Stay informed of contracting regulation changes and conduct periodic audits.
