Job summary

SpaceX seeks a Sr. Government Program Development Manager to lead government program development and growth for DoW-focused, AI-enhanced space computing solutions. The role demands experience with government procurement, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership across space, AI, and mission management teams.

You will drive capture efforts, shape RFIs/RFPs, and expand SpaceX’s government footprint while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with national security priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years in business development or DoW/AI/tech

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute government stakeholder engagement strategy and pipeline for supercomputing solutions.
• Identify and maintain DoW/Service decision-maker relationships across space and AI portfolios.
• Identify new business opportunities and fuse space sensing and supercomputing into new lines of effort and revenue sources.
• Shape and lead SpaceX responses to RFIs, RFPs, Sources Sought, and other government solicitations with technical content and compliance.
• Conduct continuous competition analysis and market research to stay ahead of developments in the opportunity landscape.
• Lead coordination across engineering, mission management, finance, and contracts to avoid silos during program development.
• Continuously refine engagement roadmap based on internal strategies and customer feedback.
