Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a mission-oriented Senior Manager to lead Government Program Development and business growth across the Department of War, focusing on government and classified supercomputing that enable real-time, AI-driven decisions.

You will engage DoW and service leaders, drive capture efforts, shape responses to RFIs and RFPs, and map new lines of effort that fuse space sensing with high-performance compute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in DoW, AI, or tech industry.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for government stakeholder engagement, drive capture efforts, and develop a pipeline for supercomputing solutions addressing complex intelligence and operational challenges.
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key DoW and Service level decision-makers, program managers, and technical evaluators across space and AI portfolios.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing programs, fusing space sensing and high-performance compute into new revenue sources.
• Shape and lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, Sources Sought, and other government solicitations with technical content and differentiators.
• Conduct continuous competition analysis and market research to stay ahead of opportunities.
• Lead coordination across multidisciplinary teams with engineering, mission management, finance, and contracts.
• Refine engagement roadmap based on strategy, feedback, and competitive analysis.
