Regal Rexnord is seeking a Sr. Manager of Government Affairs to advance its advocacy strategy across global, federal, and state governments. You will advise executives, engage policymakers, and coordinate with internal teams to shape policy and create business value.

The role requires 10+ years in government affairs, a strong policy background in manufacturing, and exceptional communication skills. This hybrid role can be based in multiple US locations, with travel and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in political science, public policy, public administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in government affairs, regulatory compliance, or public policy; experience in industrial manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of federal and state legislative and regulatory processes.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative strategies and driving change across large, diverse organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage all levels of management.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, analyze, and report on legislative, regulatory, and budget developments impacting the enterprise.
• Represent the company in industry coalitions, trade associations, and advocacy forums to build visibility and influence.
• Engage with government officials, trade associations, and community stakeholders to support policy priorities.
• Build bipartisan relationships with key congressional offices representing domestic facilities and select committees.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory proposals from agencies across governments and regions.
• Partner with internal functions to align policy with business strategy.
• Coordinate external lobbyists and trade associations to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
• Prepare executive updates and talking points for internal groups and meetings.
