Regal Rexnord seeks a Sr. Manager, Government Affairs to advance the company’s advocacy strategy across federal and state governments. You will work with leadership to influence policy, coordinate engagement with lawmakers, and align advocacy activities with business priorities.

This hybrid role supports domestic facilities and global footprint, traveling up to 25%. You will partner with Sourcing, Trade Compliance, EHS, Operations, and Corporate Tax to shape policy, manage external lobbyists,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, public administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in government affairs, regulatory compliance, or public policy; experience in industrial manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of federal and state legislative and regulatory processes.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative strategies and driving change across large, diverse organizations.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage all levels of management.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
• Travel: Ability to Travel 25%
• Location: Washington, DC; Milwaukee, WI; or Rosemont, IL preferred

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, analyze, and report on legislative, regulatory, and budget developments impacting the enterprise.
• Represent the company in industry coalitions, trade associations, and advocacy forums to build the company's visibility and influence.
• Engage with government officials, trade associations, and community stakeholders to support the company's global footprint and policy priorities.
• Build and maintain strong bipartisan relationships with key congressional offices, especially those representing the company's domestic facilities and members of Armed Services, Appropriations, Energy & Commerce, Foreign Relations, Finance, and Ways & Means Committees.
• Coordinate internally and externally to develop the company's response to regulatory proposals from agencies such as the U.S. Department of Energy, EPA, USTR, and DOC, European Commission energy directorates, and other agencies.
• Partner with internal functions to identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities, ensuring policy alignment with business strategy.
• Coordinate the work of external lobbyists, consultants, and trade associations to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
• Prepare executive updates and talking points for various internal working groups and meetings on legislative and regulatory topics.
