Snap-on is seeking a results-driven Sales Solutioneer to promote Snap-on branded products to federal government and related contractors within the assigned territory. You will leverage sales expertise to develop contacts, meet targets, and provide exceptional service to customers in the Military & Defense sectors.

The role emphasizes solution selling, travel across the U.S., and adherence to federal procurement regulations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• Outside sales experience required.
• Familiarity with the Federal Government’s procurement systems.
• Travel up to 60%, some overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Snap-on products to Military, Defense, and Government markets.
• Develop sales plans to achieve territory goals.
• Maintain a regular call schedule with existing customers.
• Provide exceptional service and solutioneering strategies.
• Present solutions to decision makers at all levels.
• Deliver presentations on product knowledge, safety and ergonomics.
• Maintain CRM usage to grow market share.
• Review accounts quarterly with management and strategize growth.
• Travel up to 60% (overnight possible).
• Follow FAR in government dealings.
