Snap-on Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Solutioneer to promote Snap-on branded and non-branded products to the Military & Defense and Government markets within the identified territory.

You will develop sales plans, expand accounts and deliver exceptional service while meeting sales targets. Requirements include outside sales experience, understanding of government procurement, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Thorough understanding of the Federal Government’s supply and procurement systems.
• Executive selling and negotiation skills with ability to penetrate layers of government facilities.
• Strong organizational and sales skills with a keen sense of urgency.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have an impeccable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell Snap-on branded and non-branded products to the Military & Defense and Government markets.
• Develop sales plan to achieve sales goals for the territory with product mix and pricing.
• Maintain regular call schedule and prospect for new customers within account structure.
• Provide exceptional service and solutioneering strategies to customers.
• Present solutions to decision makers at all levels of the organization.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on product knowledge, safety and ergonomics.
• Travel up to 60%, some overnight.
