SEI seeks an experienced Senior Legal Services Manager to independently manage legal and governance matters across SEI’s market units, corporate entities, and registered investment products. The role requires advanced regulatory knowledge, strong stakeholder coordination, and the ability to partner with attorneys on complex issues.

You will oversee board and committee meeting logistics, regulatory filings, and governance documentation, while driving process improvements and knowledge sharing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to independently manage complex workstreams under regulatory deadlines.
• Advanced organizational, analytical, and writing skills with professional judgment.
• Ability to influence outcomes and coordinate across stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting training for process consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation and administration of board/committee meetings, including materials and minutes.
• Manage complex, high-impact legal workstreams from intake to completion.
• Apply regulatory and governance requirements to ensure compliant execution.
• Maintain official corporate and fund records per legal/regulatory standards.
• Draft and coordinate complex disclosure and governance documents.
