Job summary

SEI is seeking a Senior Legal Services Manager to independently oversee legal and governance matters across SEI’s market units, corporate entities, and investment products. You will apply advanced knowledge, coordinate stakeholders, and partner with attorneys on complex questions.

You will lead board and committee meeting activities, manage high-impact workstreams, draft and review governance materials, coordinate regulatory filings, and advise on risk and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Significant experience in legal services, compliance, governance.
• Ability to manage complex workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead boards and committee meeting preparation and materials.
• Manage complex legal workstreams from intake to completion.
• Apply regulatory and governance requirements across matters.
• Maintain corporate and fund records per regulatory requirements.
• Draft and coordinate disclosure documents and governance materials.
• Coordinate regulatory examinations and information requests.
• Prepare regulatory filings and manage filing calendars.
• Lead registration statements and related filings.
• Review and negotiate fund distribution and servicing agreements.
• Provide support on day-to-day and complex legal matters.
