Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a strategic Head of Board & Executive Operations to strengthen governance and board processes across the national organisation. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will lead the operation of Board and Executive governance, ensuring timely papers, decisions and follow-up.

You will oversee board and committee cycles, forward planning and coordination between Trustees, executives and senior staff.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supporting Boards, Committees and senior executies.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and board roles.
• Experience managing governance cycles, forward-planning and decision-making.
• Ability to ensure papers, decisions and actions are clear and timely.
• Discretion handling sensitive matters with good judgement.
• Excellent written communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Credible relationships with Trustees and senior colleagues.
• Collaborative leadership and improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation of Board and Executive governance arrangements.
• Coordinate board cycle, forward planning and paper delivery.
• Ensure governance requirements are translated into clear processes.
