Job summary

The Billy Graham Library seeks an experienced Events Manager to lead Library and guest group events, coordinating with Operations, Facilities, Food Services, Guest Services, Reservations, Ruth’s Attic, Volunteers and vendors. You will ensure a transformative guest experience and oversee event budgets and logistics.

Applicants should have a bachelor degree or equivalent experience, with proven skills in strategic planning, event planning, and staff supervision.

• Proven experience in strategic planning and event planning.
• Experience leading staff and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Library and guest group events and ensure a transformative guest experience.
• Lead the team in event planning, coordinating with Operations, Facilities and Food Services.
• Manage event budgets and print/digital creative assets for Library events.
• Develop detailed logistics plans and coordinate with Reservations and switchboard teams.
• Ensure timely calendar communication and provide back-up for event staffing and music coordination.
