Job summary

The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is seeking an Events Manager for the Billy Graham Library in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee library and guest group events, lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure excellent guest experiences by coordinating with Operations, Facilities, Food Services, Guest Services, and outside vendors.

The role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent, proven event planning and logistics experience, and the ability to lead with faith-based integrity in a dynamic

• Bachelor degree required or comparable experience.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, event planning, logistics management, and program execution.
• Proven experience in managing changing expectations and ability to adhere to unexpected deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Executes visionary leadership to Library events and drives shared commitment to mission.
• Provides strategic input for Library activities and promotes unity across teams.
• Supervises staff, conducts performance reviews, and mentors direct reports.
• Improves guest experience and allocates resources to support programs.
• Acts as Event Manager on Duty during Library events and coordinates with vendors.
