• Develop, communicate, and execute CTS business strategy and annual operating plan.
• Provide leadership for the CTS NY/NJ business and drive growth in a regulated market.
• Own end-to-end programs, including design, build, operations, and long-term service delivery.
• Manage P&L, revenue, operating profit, cash flow, and ROA targets.
• Lead sales and account teams to identify opportunities and manage change orders.
