Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) in New York and New Jersey seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategically significant, technology-enabled infrastructure programs. You will own P&L and drive financial performance, while managing complex stakeholder environments including government officials and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in progressive leadership roles in program management.
• Strong strategic leadership and vision for regulated markets.
• Experience with full P&L ownership and commercial accountability.
• Deep understanding of government relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and financial discipline.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the business strategy and operating plans for CTS in NY/NJ.
• Provide overall leadership for long-term growth, sustainability, and competitive positioning in a regulated market.
• Own end-to-end program and commercial outcomes across multi-year initiatives from design to service delivery.
• Drive program profitability through cost control, schedule discipline, risk management, and commercial management.
• Direct sales and account management to identify opportunities and manage change orders.
