Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Global Transfer Pricing in the United States to lead the design, implementation, and management of our worldwide transfer pricing policies. You will work with Tax, Finance, Accounting and Supply Chain to document, monitor, and optimize intercompany pricing across jurisdictions.

The role involves tax planning, audits, and coordination with cross-functional teams, with a hybrid work arrangement and locations including Flower Mound, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required
• Minimum 8 years of transfer pricing, international tax, public accounting, or multinational corporate tax experience
• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles and global compliance obligations
• Experience supporting transfer pricing audits, controversy matters, and tax planning initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain global transfer pricing policies aligned with regulatory requirements
• Manage global transfer pricing compliance, documentation, country reporting, benchmarking, intercompany agreements, and cost-sharing
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure timely transfer pricing documentation and tax filings
• Monitor results, identify gaps, and support adjustments and operation of transfer pricing models
• Support tax audits, examinations, APAs, and controversy matters with analyses and responses
• Collaborate on tax-efficient operating models, restructurings, and strategic initiatives
• Ensure transfer pricing results are accurately reflected in tax provisions and financial reporting
• Develop financial models, profitability analyses, reporting tools, controls and governance
