Job summary

Bloomberg Tax is seeking a highly-skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to manage day-to-day transfer pricing compliance, consulting, and strategic planning. This role drives technical leadership across TP calculations, global reporting, audits, and intercompany arrangements.

You’ll lead multiple complex projects, align cross-functional teams, and mentor others while delivering precise analyses. The position is based in New York with extensive collaboration across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Accounting; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing direct and/or in-direct reports.
• Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and OECD guidelines.
• Ability and willingness to travel to support regional and global business requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proactive in offering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and oversight of global transfer pricing calculations, policies, and supporting documentation.
• Manage the timely transfer pricing compliance process, including Local Files, Master File, Country-by-Country Reporting, and other jurisdiction reporting.
• Support transfer pricing audits, tax authority inquiries, and APAs.
• Provide guidance on TP implications of new business initiatives and intercompany arrangements.
• Monitor OECD guidance and global TP legislation for business impact.
• Partner with external advisors to develop TP positions and support risk management.
