This role advises senior leadership while balancing risk with business goals and operational efficiency. The role includes governance, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain and regional teams, including managing external brokers and auditors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in global trade compliance.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multinational import/export operations.
• Experience managing customs and export compliance programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead global trade compliance program and align with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee import compliance, HTS classifications, country-of-origin determinations, and duties.
• Lead export controls, screening, and sanctions compliance programs.
• Drive governance, metrics, audits, and remediation activities across the program.
