Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead supplier sourcing, RFQ processes, and component strategy across hardware manufacturing. You will manage POs, contracts, and supplier performance while coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.

The role emphasizes DFM review, capacity planning, and global logistics. A data-driven, collaborative mindset is required in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement for hardware or manufacturing environments
• Experience sourcing electromechanical or industrial components from prototype through mass production
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles
• Proven ability to run RFQs, build should-cost models, and drive cost reductions through negotiation
• Experience managing supplier capacity, quality, and ramp during NPI and production scaling
• Working knowledge of global supply chains, incoterms, tariffs, and logistics
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and program management skills
• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)

Responsibilities

• Source new suppliers and align internal requirements to meet goals on specs, supply, quality, and cost
• Review supplier proposals on manufacturing processes, testing, quality verification, reliability testing
• Drive internal validation across teams from RFQ to mass production
• Ensure supplier capacity and supply meet internal demand and forecasts
• Manage POs and invoicing; resolve onboarding, part numbers, costs, incoterms
• Negotiate contracts including MSA, SOWs, and compliance documentation
• Lead cross-functional alignment on component strategy, cost, multi-sourcing, and roadmaps
