Path Robotics is hiring a Global Supply Manager in Columbus to guide supplier engagement from RFQ through mass production. You will drive sourcing decisions, manage contracts, and optimize costs while coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance.

You will review supplier capabilities, manage POs, and lead component strategy in a fast-paced environment. Join a team delivering field-ready AI hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement for hardware or manufacturing environments.
• Experience sourcing electromechanical or industrial components from prototype through mass production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles.
• Proven ability to run RFQs, build should-cost models, and drive cost reductions through negotiation.
• Experience managing supplier capacity, quality, and ramp during NPI and production scaling.
• Working knowledge of global supply chains, incoterms, tariffs, and logistics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and program management skills.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing: Align internal requirements to source new suppliers, materials, and services meeting Path’s goals on specs, supply, quality, and cost.
• DFM support: Review supplier proposals on manufacturing processes, testing, quality verification, and reliability testing.
• Program management: Drive and track internal validation from RFQ to mass production across engineering, production, deployment, and fleet.
• Supply: Ensure supplier capacity and supply meets internal demand with ongoing reviews.
• Procurement: Manage POs and invoicing, handle onboarding, part numbers, cost, incoterms, and order receipts.
• Contracts and documentation: Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, tariffs, regulatory, and certification compliance.
• Component strategy: Align on cost reduction, multi-sourcing, in-house vs out-source analysis, and market trends.
