Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Global Supply Manager (Sensing) to lead sourcing, supplier relationships, and component strategy for hardware products. You will manage RFQs, cost models, and POs, while ensuring on-time supply and quality from global suppliers.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to optimize sourcing across sensors and related components, supporting NPI and scale-up efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement for hardware/manufacturing
• 2+ years in optical, camera, or sensor-related sourcing
• Experience sourcing electromechanical components from prototype to mass production
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles
• Proven ability to run RFQs, build should-cost models, and drive cost reductions
• Experience managing supplier capacity, quality, and ramp during NPI
• Knowledge of global supply chains, incoterms, tariffs, logistics
• Cross-functional collaboration and program management skills
• Data-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and align requirements to meet goals on specs, supply, quality and cost
• Provide DFM input by reviewing manufacturing processes and testing
• Drive internal validation across teams from RFQ to mass production
• Ensure supplier capacity and on-time supply to meet forecasts
• Manage POs, invoicing, and supplier onboarding changes
• Negotiate contracts (MSA, SOWs) and support regulatory compliance
• Lead cross-functional component strategy including cost-driving and multi-sourcing
