Mastercard’s SME fleet program is a global initiative to help small businesses manage payments, expenses and mobility. The Director, Global SME Fleet Product Lead will establish and launch the program, shaping the proposition and working with regions to accelerate commercialization and growth.

This role requires deep experience in product management, fleet payments, and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to translate market needs into scalable roadmaps within a global matrixed

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management and strategy for payments.
• Direct experience in fleet payments or fleet cards.
• Proven ability to size markets and build business cases using data.
• Experience launching new products end-to-end in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead the establishment and launch of Mastercard's global SME Fleet Program, defining the product strategy, program proposition, capabilities, operating model and roadmap for growth.
• Define a differentiated SME fleet value proposition, identifying opportunities to strengthen and differentiate Mastercard’s fleet offering through new products, capabilities, partnerships and value-added services.
• Partner closely with regional teams to understand market needs, build a pipeline of opportunities and translate global strategy into locally relevant solutions.
• Serve as the global SME subject matter expert for fleet, representing the SME perspective across broader Mastercard fleet initiatives and ensuring the needs of small businesses are incorporated into product roadmaps and development.
